Description of Service

dubbr provides AI-powered video narration services. We allow users to upload silent screen recordings and generate professional voiceover narration using artificial intelligence. The Service includes free tools (Loom video processing, X/Twitter video processing) and paid subscription plans.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
Impersonate others without their consent
Overload, disrupt, or interfere with our systems
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services
Use the Service for spam or mass-generated content

User Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of the videos you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transform your content solely to provide the Service.

Output Content: You own the narrated videos generated by our Service. The AI-generated voiceover becomes part of your content.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share. Ensure you have the necessary rights to all videos you process through our Service.

Free Tier Limitations

Our free tier includes:

Videos include a "dubbr" watermark
Videos are stored temporarily (30 days)
Limited to standard voice options
No video library (videos not saved to account)

Paid plans remove these limitations and provide additional features.

Payment and Subscriptions

For paid plans:

Payments are processed securely through industry-standard payment processors
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality, is owned by dubbr and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our name, logo, and product names are trademarks of dubbr.

AI and Voice Technology

Our Service uses AI voice synthesis technology. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

Generated voices are synthetic and created by AI
Voice quality and output may vary
We do not guarantee specific results
You will not use the technology to create misleading or deceptive content

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUBBR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
